I work at hospital, had a run in with a patient in a wheelchair. At the time, it totally didn't hurt, but now it is swollen and hurts when I walk on it. I have only done two walks for this week (injury happened on Tuesday) and walked very slow. I am thinking of still doing walk, but going very slow. Does this sound okay. I was doing 15-16 min mile, but will probably walk slow on Sat, just trying to get distance in. It is an ache, that feels slightly better with ice and tylenol. It is tolerable, but not when I walk very fast.
Drs and therapists on here, I will stop by before walk, but really want do it. Does this sound okay?

It was still a little sore Saturday, so I did Vancouver Fit on Sunday. It feels fine now, and I am back on track. Thanks!
