Hi all,
I had to slow my training way down 2 months ago due to IT Band Syndrome. I'm back up to 4 and 5 milers (

) but obviously I am not on track to run the 21-miler this weekend. (but good luck to all of you!)
I am planning to run the Pints to Pasta 10-K on Sunday. I did it last year and it was really fun. Anyone interested in running it with me? I run around a 8:45 mile in shorter races.

I'll be helping with the Packet Pickup and Bag Check.
Have a great run....
I'll be helping with parking at the beginning and trying to prevent any cars from running over runners/walkers at the end.

Good Luck Kris - I am doing T-shirts, then possibly move onto the course. Though I would rather help out with the food...one for you and one for me.

I'm laughing right now because of course every P-Fit person who's replied is working at the PtP, not running it! On Sunday all you good people will be, of course, recovering from the 21 miler!
I was just thinking maybe there are some people who are in my situation, recovering from injury and not able to do the longer runs right now.

I'll be checking dry bags and cheering everyone on at the start, volunteer location 2 (unknown), back to OSF for the party, then off to the airport for a business trip to Denver.
