Hi

When is it a good time to start on the PFit schedule again. I am still experiencing slight pain in my knees after H2C relay run this weekend. Shall I ignore the pain and start on the schedule or wait until I have recovered fully to resume my training.

Ignoring pain is not usually a good idea so I suggest that you wait a few days to recover. Take it easy when you start again. Missing a few days will not affect all the training that you have gained during the last few months. But running before you are completly rested could lead to injury. Congratulations on completing Hood to Coast.
