Hello. I don't know if I should post this on the medical board or not so am starting with this one.....I have noticed since yesterday that my ankles are swollen since running HTC this weekend. I thought I was hydrating well with Gatorade and water, although I did get nauseated during my third leg. I feel fine now but my ankles and tops of my feet were swollen last night. Better when I got up this morning, although now they are swelling again. Any advice?
