As some of you may have seen, Eric is now offering a hands on Polar seminar to teach us new Polar users how to use and optimize the Polar heart rate monitors and the software. I don't know about the rest of you, but I find the instruction book that came with the watch not very helpful and the software is not much better. As with the heart rate training seminars, Eric is offering the seminar to minimum groups of five for $100 each. Would any of you new Polar owners be interested in joining me in learning how to use and optimize our Polars? I'm shooting for some time in the first part of September.
