I know it was just mentioned in the newsletter for those of us participating in hood to coast to change up our training the next few weeks. With two and half weeks to go, I was thinking of not going to the long pfit runs the next two weekends and instead doing a 5-7 miles at 6am, then another 6-7 later in the day about when I should be starting my next leg. During the week I was going to keep up with the normal training runs, but do a run late on Monday, early on Tuesday and maybe afternoon on Thursday.

Does this sound like a valid adaption of our schedule? Other thoughts on how to change it up?
