I, too, really appreciated all the coaches along the route. There were many more on this benchmark than a month ago. The one thing that frustrated me is the fact that when I got to the end, everything was already packed up. I am a walker, but average a 15 min mile. The finish line (that was also not inflated when I began) had already been deflated, the Pop chips and Jamba Juice tents were gone, and there were no massage therapists. I know that I was not nearly the last walker (or runner for that matter) and it was disheartening to see everything packed up. I pay the same fee as the runners, but always feel like I get the short end of the stick.
Thank you.

I want to say thank you to Portland Fit and all of its AC's, volunteers and fellow runners. I had a wonderful 30K experience (albeit tiring) and for the first time since joining this program, I feel confident that I can and will finish the marathon. So thank you to everyone for making this total novice a runner.
