I want to say a huge thank you to the volunteer on the corner of Mill Plain and Ft Vancouver who reminded me that sometimes common sense (my knee is killing me I should stop) should triumph over stubbornness (I've gone 16 miles, what's two more, so what if I can barely walk).
Thank you for the ride, my knee is back to 100% and I can't wait for the next/final benchmark. I know I wasn't in the best of moods when you gave me the ride back, but I really appreciated your kind words and encouragement.

I forgot to say thank you to the coaches and assistant coaches too! You are great!
