Hi There,

I just got an email about the Smith Rock Half Marathon July 10. I'd love to do it, but wonder what that would mean for my marathon training? Could I increase miles the week after or something and make up for the fact that I'd be running less than what is on the schedule on the 10th? I'm a red and this is my first year training and I'm s.l.o.w. (13+min miles). Thanks!
