I may have missed this in a previous post but with the single start times for both red and purple (PFit), is this for the early or late starts?

I keep checking for an answer on this, but nothing...

The previous post wasn't answered either. Guess I'll just show up at the time on the calendar even though I'm slow.

RED = 7:40/7:55

I know, I've been confused all week, too. The earlier red start time is ten minutes LATER than last week's 7:30, but we're adding a mile, which means I'm going to be coming in around 9:50 and missing the seminar. It seems like we should be starting earlier than our 7:30 time last week, no?

The Red Group is a 10 to 12 m/m...meeting time at 7:40 will get you back to home base by 9:15 (9:25 at the lastest) for the cool down stretch and in time for the seminar.

We hope to have the training schedule up-to-date soon, please be patient smile.gif

What about those of us who run a 15 m/m? Heh heh... Can I petition for a reddish-purple group? The "Rurples" perhaps? LOL. I'm not really complaining...just joking. I usually miss the stretch and seminar (at least the first part) which is a bummer, but I don't really want to be in the front of the purple pack. Oh well.

Go Rurples!!!

I'm a Rurple too! Guess I'll figure out if I need to be ahead of the purple pack, or really late with the red too! tongue.gif

Hi All of you Rurples:

Feel free to join the purples that start later. They walk about a 12-14 minute pace. And of course you can run.

I was so confused about this, too, and incredulous that we would make it back in time. But my running partner and I actually BEAT our time from last week!! WHAT!?!?! We are so stoked about it and so glad we joined this group. The support and camaraderie is amazing! Thank you!!

Are purples going to get split start times again? This was much better for me. Or should faster walkers just walk with the reds?
