Looks like we'd have to pay for parking anywhere in the area of OMSI, or park along sidewalks near the Hawthorne. I'd suggest we just start from my office at 2455 NW Nicolai. It's easy to find and we'd be able to ride the whole East Bank Esplanade on the way to the Springwater Corridor.

From the North, follow the signs after crossing the Fremont bridge for Hwy 30/St. Helen's. As you go under the Vaughn Street overpass, get in the left lane to take a LEFT on Nicolai. My office is at the first driveway on your right, across from the Nicolai Street Clubhouse bar.

From the South, take 405 north and follow the signs for Hwy 30/St. Helen's and the rest is the same.
