This April 11th will be the Spring Duathlon held at Quest training center, better known as 122nd & Marine Drive. This Duathlon will consist of running a 5k, biking 15 miles and then running another 5k. The run and bike course on Marine Drive is closed to traffic for safety so no worries about that. This event draws an large beginner turn out as well as seasoned veterans and is just a fantastic event. Last year the weather was about 65 when the race started at 10 a.m. but the year before it rained and rained and rained some more but we laughed all throughout the race.
