Rode part of the bike course yesterday to make sure TirBikeTransport held everything together. No Problems at all. Finished with an easy 25 minute run. Weather was awesome!

We had 7 Geckos (Tri Club) over last night for dinner. Melissa and my mom put out a wonderful spread of ingredients for build-you-own tortillas. Everyone was well satisfied. Tons of laughs, lots of stories and some wonderful tips for us first-timers.

This morning we swam one loop of the swim course. The water felt so good. I'd forgotten what is was like to have salt water in my throat and sinuses. I was definitely In My Element!! It was colder on the beach than in the water. I have to believe it's in the low 70's. Did I say that out loud? Sorry Randy Currently the weather is 71 degrees, 24% humidity and ten mile visibility under blue sunny skies.

Gonna head down to the expo to check out the gear then out to drive the course.

I can just barely hear you guys, so cheer LOUD!!
