What is Stay Fit?
Stay Fit is the "unofficial" Portland Fit off-season program. It's fun and it's free! Stay Fit sessions are supported by Portland Fit alumni that want to keep the group dynamics going throughout the winter months. Everyone is welcome and you don't have to be a Portland Fit member to participate.

Host a Session
If you would like to host a Stay Fit session in a location other than Con-way or Haggen, please post meeting times and locations.


Stay Fit:
Portland, Saturday, October 22 thru the kick-off of Portland Fit 2012
Tualatin, Sunday, October 23 thru the kick-off of Portland Fit - South 2012

Meet: Con-way (aka CNF) NW 21st & NW Raleigh - Portland
Haggen Food and Pharmacy - 8515 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd - Tualatin

Start Time: 8AM (plus 5-minute rule)

Parking: available where we met for seminars during the training season

Run/Walk: 3 to 9 miles, or more (you decide)

Routes:
Portland - Easy flat route on the Waterfront. If you want to run the Eastside Esplanade that will add 1.7 miles to your run. Or you may choose Leif for the trails.
Vancouver - Many parks within Tualatin, Durham and Tigard.
Other routes available used during the training season.

Afterwards, join the groups at the local coffee shop for coffee and/or breakfast.
