This is an opportunity for you to improve your running, walking and general fitness level. Please bring your exercise or yoga mat.
Road Rules: Keep to the RIGHT on the TRAILS and SIDEWALKS, no more than 2 abreast. Keep to the LEFT on the ROADS (facing traffic).

21st& Raleigh (east) to 14th street
® on 14th to Northrop.
(L) on Northrop to 9th
(L) on 9th to FRONT/NAITO PKWY.
® on Naito/Front. DO NOT CROSS..STAY ON WEST SIDE till past the Broadway Bridge
Cross street in CROSS WALKS after Broadway Bridge to East Side of street head down waterfront
Waterfront to Hawthorne Bridge
Cross Hawthorne on (North Side of Bridge) to East Side Esplanade.
Head North on Eastbank Esplanade to the Steele Bridge
Cross Steele Bridge on Path Bottom Part of Bridge
® up Naito crossing to West Side of Street in Cross Walks before Broadway Bridge
Keep Going (N) to 9th (light after Food Innovation Bldg)
(L) on 9th to Northrop
® on Northrop to 16th
® on 16th to Raleigh
(L) on Raleigh to 21th...

West on Raleigh to NW 26th
® on 26th to Thurman
(L) on Thurman all the way up the Hill to Trail Head
Go to Mile Marker 1/4 (.25) miles and return the same way.....
