This is an opportunity for you to improve your running, walking and general fitness level. Please bring your exercise or yoga mat.
Road Rules: Keep to the RIGHT on the TRAILS and SIDEWALKS, no more than 2 abreast. Keep to the LEFT on the ROADS (facing traffic).
Note: All mileage is approximate! Routes are subject to change by Saturday morning.

10 miles up Leif:

NW 21st & NW Raleigh
Head West to 26th
® on 26th to Thurman
(L) on Thurman to Trail Head
Turn around at the 3.25 mi. marker
head back to NW 21st & NW Raleigh


Lower McCleay Trail:

AC Ron will lead a group up the Lower McCleay Trail for an out and back
