This is an opportunity for you to improve your running, walking and general fitness level. Please bring your exercise or yoga mat.
Road Rules: Keep to the RIGHT on the TRAILS and SIDEWALKS, no more than 2 abreast. Keep to the LEFT on the ROADS (facing traffic).

NW 21st and NW Raleigh
NW Raleigh to 17th
(L) on 17th to FRONT/NAITO PKWY
® on Naito/Front Ave. DO NOT CROSS..STAY ON WEST SIDE till past the Broadway Bridge
Cross street in CROSS WALKS after Broadway Bridge to East Side of street
Continue along the westside waterfront to River Place Hotel Esplanade (Harbor Way)
® down Harbor Way to Harbor Dr.
Cross street and head to SW Harrison (light)
® on SW Harrison to SW 4th
(L) on SW 4th to Duniway Park
Duniway to Terwilliger
Stay on Terwilliger to the Charthouse Restaurant
Turnaround and return the same way
Return to the westside waterfront
(L) on 9th to Raleigh
® on Raleigh to 21st
