I felt good, but tired after Saturday's walk. I usually take a nap sometime in the afternoon after long walks. I am fairly fit, but joined Portland Fit for motivation and a regular routine. I used to go to 24Hr Fitness, but they moved out of our area. Yoga hurt my degenerative neck, so I've mainly walked and lifted light weights at home.

I'm sure some of the other coaches will pipe in, too, but I think you can walk the 1/2 on Wednesday as long as you feel good. You want to be careful about over-training and setting yourself up for injury. This really depends on where you are in your training.
