Road Rules: Keep to the RIGHT on the TRAILS and SIDEWALKS, no more than 2 abreast. Keep to the LEFT on the ROADS (facing traffic).

Springwater Corridor – out and back
NW 21st & NW Raleigh (east) to 14th
® on 14th to Northrup.
(L) on Northrup to 9th
(L) on 9th to FRONT/NAITO PKWY.
® on Naito/Front. DO NOT CROSS..STAY ON WEST SIDE till past the Broadway Bridge
Cross street in CROSS WALKS after Broadway Bridge to East Side of street
Cross Steel Bridge on path (bottom part of bridge) to Eastside Esplanade
Stay on path past OMSI and continue on entering the Springwater Trail
Turnaround at the 3.0 mi. marker
return back same way on the path and continue to stay on Eastbank Esplanade to the Steel Bridge
Cross Steel Bridge on path (bottom part of bridge)
® up Naito crossing to West Side of Street in Cross Walks before Broadway Bridge
Keep Going (N) to 9th (light after Food Innovation Bldg)
(L) on 9th to Northrup
® on Northrup to 16th
® on 16th to Raleigh
(L) on Raleigh to 21st
Lower McCleay Trail
JR will be leading a group for an out and back along the Lower McCleay Trail.
