Hi there - In addition to walking with Vancouverfit I am trying to lose weight and with the weekly training schedule I don't hit my target heartrates for as long as I should. I know that we are supposed to follow the training schedule but I'm trying to fit in my workouts too. Should I just extend my workouts on the schedule days so that I can hit my targets for weight loss or should I do the schedule for walking and my other stuff in between.
