Saturday Mornings

During our training season (late March – early October), we offer group runs/walks at on Saturday mornings. Members are encouraged to attend all/most sessions as attendance is directly correlated to the achievement of your fitness goals. It’s also the perfect way to get all your questions answered. Training Questions

Unfortunately, we are unable to answer training questions via email. With over 600 members, we hope you understand. But we do want to answer all your questions. The best answers come in person when you talk one-on-one with your Head Coach or Assistant Coach. So come out to our group runs/walks on Saturdays and we’ll stay until we answer all your questions.
