Summer Schedule: 7/9-7/15

We are still working on a way to publish our summer schedule on the website. Until then, check this blog for your weekly schedule if you are following our new summer program. 

All color groups are still on the same training schedule. If you don’t know your color group, stay tuned. We’ll talk about that soon.

Sunday: OFF
Monday: 20 minutes
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 25 minutes
Thursday: 20 minutes
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 3.5 miles

See you next Saturday 7/15/17 at 8am for our 3.5 mile run or walk.
