It’s Not Too Late!

Our summer program is underway, but there is still time! If you couldn’t make it out last Saturday, our registration period lasts a few weeks, so it’s not too late to join. And bring a friend or spouse or kid! As the saying goes, there is strength in numbers.

If you do decide to join, the first thing to do is start following our training schedule now. Don’t wait until a Saturday to start. Just follow the Red schedule (all color groups are similar in the beginning) and then talk to an assistant coach the first Saturday you arrive and tell them it’s your first day. Assistant Coaches are those friendly folks in red Portland Fit hats.

    1. Sign up online.
    2. Start running or walking three times a week now!
    3. Come out the first Saturday you can.
    4. Find an Assistant Coach and tell them “it’s my first day.”
