Summer Half Program

Our new summer half training program is open to new members — come out and join us! We’re running or walking 3 miles on Saturday, July 8th at 8am at Portland Running Company on SE Grand Ave. Sign up online today!

Our new summer program is open to new members just starting their fitness program. If you joined Portland Fit in March, you can also choose this time to “start over” with your training (you don’t have to pay again). We’ll choose a half marathon in late September or October as our target event. But the real reward is the journey. Learn how your body adapts, changes, and grows stronger as you challenge it over 13 weeks. Make this summer the season you get in the best shape…. and have fun doing it!

We’ll meet every Saturday morning at 8am at Portland Running Company on SE Grand and run around the waterfront, to Mt. Tabor, and elsewhere.
