Summer Half Program Starts Saturday

We’re excited about our new summer half training program that starts Saturday. This program is open to current 2017 members as well as new folks. Come out and join us as we start on Saturday at 8am at PRC Grand Ave.

Our new summer program is open to new members just starting their fitness program. If you joined Portland Fit in March, you can also choose this time to “start over” with your training (you don’t have to pay again). We’ll choose a half marathon in late September or October as our target event. But the real reward is the journey. Learn how your body adapts, changes, and grows stronger as you challenge it over 13 weeks. Make this summer the season you get in the best shape…. and have fun doing it!

We’ll meet every Saturday morning at 8am at Portland Running Company on SE Grand and run around the waterfront, to Mt. Tabor, and elsewhere.
