You’ve done the training, signed up for the race, and now you are ready for Helvetia! What should you expect this week? Coach Peggy has all the info you’ve been looking for.

  1. Ready. You’ve done the training and you can do this. Read this blog post for some positive self-talk!
  2. Set. Want a checklist as you get prepared this week? This post is your answer. Do your laundry, clip your toe nails,  fill up your gas tank. Peggy leaves no stone unturned.
