Training with Allergies

Allergies affecting your training this season? Me, too. This year has been especially bad for those of us that suffer from allergies, but there are some things that we can do to help minimize the inconvenience.

Jennifer Purdie wrote a helpful article for MapMyRun that offers some great tips for dealing with allergies. For starters, avoiding the highest pollen count of the day between 5a and 10a is a good start. You should also change out of your clothes as soon as you can. A shower right away is even better.
