Most of you have put in a good 12 weeks of solid training in preparation for our first benchmark, the Helvetia Half. You are ready!

You started out at 3 miles and gradually increased your base up to a very hilly and difficult 11 miles two weeks ago!

You’ve done your speed work. Tempo Runs, Interval training and maybe even some Ladders and you’ve persevered.

You are one with the hills! You’ve clamored up Terwilliger on numerous occasions, and then you did it again. You now laugh at hills!

You’ve run in the cold, the rain, and even the extreme heat just last weekend…You survived and came back for more.
