10 miles on Saturday

Just a heads up that we have a schedule change on 6/20/15. We are doing 10 miles that day, so check the start times again if you have a tendency to look ahead more than a week.

We may also modify the next couple of weeks (6/27) and (7/4) to adjust for the Helvetia Half. We moved the Half on our original training plan, but didn’t adjust for the following couple of weeks. Those changes will be implemented soon. So be sure to check the schedule every week for start times for the following Saturday!
