Welcome New Members

Welcome to all the new Portland Fit members that took the first step and joined us recently. Just a reminder that it’s not too late to join — so tell your friends! Whether you are new or you missed last weekend, follow these steps…

  1. Start running or walking this week. Follow the Red schedule on our calendar if you don’t know your color group yet. Be sure to follow the right schedule as we now have two groups training concurrently.
  2. How to Portland Fit.  Read our tutorial on how to follow the program.
  3. Show up this weekend. We’re meeting on Saturday morning at Portland Running Company. Check the schedule for times.
  4. Watch our Orientation online. Visit our YouTube channel to watch our Orientation seminar and get psyched to run or walk a marathon!
  5. Read our blog. Get caught up on things by reading our Blog Roll. Here you’ll find past stories and information.
  6. Join our Email List. Make sure you stay up-to-date by joining our email list.  Look in the lower right column of this page –>
  7. Tell your friends. Training for a marathon is a lot more fun if your friends know about it. You’ll be surprised at how many questions and comments you get. You might even convince a friend to train with you.

Congratulations to all those that made the Big Decision to get in shape and have fun training for a half or full marathon. Only about 110 more decisions to go!
