Fit Tuesday

Last week was Fat Tuesday, but this Saturday is our kick-off, so today is Fit Tuesday! It’s the last Tuesday before our first day. And it’s not too late to sign up, so join today. Fit Tuesday is the time to Commit to Fit!

Whether you practice Lent or are just recommitting to those New Years Resolutions, now is the time to double-down on your good habits. And there’s no better place to be this Saturday morning than our first day:
